Our story began when two curious minds met in corporate America, driven by a shared passion for problem-solving and a belief that business could be a force for good. Both founders had long-standing histories in the non-profit and financial sectors, but it was their relentless curiosity that brought them together. We were the two people in every meeting, always asking “why” and “what if,” challenging the status quo. That curiosity became the catalyst for creating IVI.

What started with two founders has since evolved into a powerful collective of more than 15 experts, each bringing something unique to the table.
